No – You can create as many rosters across varying locations as you need.

Can I offer available shifts to employees?

Yes - You can offer unfilled shifts to employees via SMS or email. They then have the ability to accept or decline the offer.

Are wage-cost calculations based on rostered shifts accurate?

Yes – All shifts that are rostered are sent through the same award interpretation engine used to process payroll. Hourly allowances that are applied to the shift will also be included in this calculation.

Can shifts have licence/qualification requirements to ensure the right people are rostered?

Yes – Unfilled shifts can be allocated requirements such as tickets, licences, qualifications and tags to ensure compliance when allocating resources.
